High sugar with low amniotic fluid

My afi at 28 weeks was 7.6cm after medication it came upto 7.8cm at 30 weeks. My recent sugar levels are 119 at fasting and 190 after 2 hrs glucose test. Can this complicate the situation?? Very worried?? How long can the pregnancy be pulled??

Sugar levels are high... U need to meet endocrinologist for diabetic diet and sugar monitoring. You might require insulin as well. Both maternal and fetal monitoring is required at regular intervals. If diabetes comes under controlled, we can plan delivery at 37 to 38 weeks. As far as the AFI is concerned, its slighly on the lower side. U need to monitor it frequently.
