Thanks for the question Normal fasting and very high PP suggests 1) you dad has had too much carbohydrate during his breakfast , and 2) his treatment regime is not enough to control his PP rise of sugar. please come back to discuss things further as appropriate treatment need discussing his treatment and what alterations that can done to get his sugar under control.
