  4. High sgpt a d low urea. Please advise!

High sgpt a d low urea

I am having pale stool since last 5-7 days and feels very fatigue and mild joint pain, mainly my legs. I am attaching herewith my recent report. Urea is low, sgpt is high and few cbc parameters are not in range like MCV, RDW, MCH & MPV etc. Please advise
