High SGOT SGPT On routine checkup

Hi I recently went for routine healthchkup which included LFT KFT Lipid. My SGOT is 98 and SGPT is 150 . Lipid and KFT test are fine. Can you suggest medicine or any diet modifications I need to get these levels under control Regards

Hello You do usg abd to check for fatty liver. In addition do Viral serology. You can consult after these reports. Send LFT and Hemogram also. Do blood glucose fasting and PP if not done
