My sisters SGPT SGOT is 192/132 and she i s in tge last month of pregnancy. What are the risks associated with her delivery

The medical condition is called cholestasis. It needs close fetal supervision till delivery. Other aspects of antenatal care will continue. Extra sonography may be necessary for the follow up of the baby

This s indicative of obstetrics cholestasis. She needs to be on medications for this. If the enzymes get deranged even after this then she needs to get induction of labour planned. Consult your gynaecologist for further details regarding this
