What are the probable causes of high SGOT (155.5) and SGPT (111.3)? Is this due to liver damage or any other issues?

Hi., I can understand your concern. It can be due to alcoholism, intake of high processed and fatty foods, liver injury.
Next Steps
You can take tab liv 52, 3 times a day before food for one month.
Health Tips
Plan for lipid profile. if any pain or discomfort in stomach, plan for USG abdomen.
