Hi doctor, High sensitive troponin I level for my brother has come as 0.05. Is this normal? Is it something to be worried about. I have attached his reports as well.

Hs Trop I of 0.05 is negative. But a single negative value will not rule out heart attack. Patient can have normal values and still requires treatment.
