I was having continuously light bleeding and spotting currently in 7 week pregnancy on progesterone support as well with a large intramural posterior wall myoma on left side but suddenly today I noticed decrease in pregnancy symptoms I only had breast soreness and I noticed a decrease does the means pregnancy loss next scan is on March 15th very scared
