High resistance flow in uterine artery

Hi, I am 12 weeks pregnant and had my NT scan today. While everything else is normal, my left uterine artery showed a high resistance flow with 3.3 PI. Right artery is within the normal range of 1.28 PI. Double marker results are yet to come. Pls. let me know if i have anything to be worried about. I have read disheartening materials on Google and need some quick advice to calm my nerves.
