Hello.. Baby weight of 1.5 kg at 33 weeks is less than 10 percentile for this gestational age of the baby and on the basis of estimated fetal weight, its diagnosed as IUGR .. In simple language as per doppler findings, the blood supply to the baby is little compromised.. This pregnancy requires close intense monitoring with USG & NST , also the mother needs to keep track of fetal movements, Antenatal corticosteroids should be given as the pregnancy may require early termination.
