Patient Age: 78, PSA Level: 8.63, Puss Cell Count in Urine: 75-120, Prostate Wt.: 40gm, Prostate Shows Grade I-II enlargement. What are the reasons?

Hi It may be symptoms of prostate infection rather than cancer of prostate. U may consult a urologist and take adequate medication. Repeat PSA test may be done after 4 weeks.
