High Prolactine with more issues

I recently got a Prolactine levels checked (came 62). The test was taken because of following issues - spotting before and after cycles, milky discharge, sudden acne through out body and face, pelvic pain etc etc. I want to understand as now the Prolactine is higher than normal what should be the further course of tests, and what could be the reason.

It's suggestive has hyperprolactinemia which needs medical management weekly once medication

Start  taking medicine to control ur prolactin level as normal range less than 25.... consult ur near gynecologist dear....
