I am having pcos and hypothyroidism my tsh was high before but then it came to 3.9 after medicine my periods are coming because of ginette35 I am also having hairfall from a very long time  I got some tests done and lhfsh and testosterone values were normal testosterone came to be 0.162 but prolactin was high it was 62 should I take medicine if yes then which medicine is to be taken kindly guide

Consult Endocrinologist for detailed history and plan.. Genette 35 itself can increase prolactin levels
