Hi I have high prolactin 76, I was on medication pan for gas, i need to reduce prolactin level in 1 or 2 months as I am not pregnant, also I have simple cyst in right ovary and PCOS in left.. tsh 3.31, all hormone test are normal just prolactin and LH. Please advise and help me how to reduce prolactin levels and foods to avoid to reduce prolactin and PCOS so that I can conceive which I am trying from past 3 years

It is too high. It is better to go for CT scan to rule out microadinoma of pituitary. Do you have milk secretion from breast. So first get examination. The drug to reduce prolactin is cabgolin.
