My hemaglobin is 10.2 and platelet count (impedance) is 522 and platelet count ( optical) is 507, ESR is 33 Is this something to worry about.

High blood platelet counts can be caused by several conditions, including anemia, cancer, inflammation and infection. High esr is non specific. U need to give details of ur symptoms n undergo further investigation.
