High Phosphate and low Vit D

In recent blood test for vitamin mineral, my phospate level was 7.5 mg/dl and Vit D was very low. Is it something to be worried about ? I am scared of kidney damage at my age 23

Serum phosphate levels in isolation are difficult to comment upon. It depends on many factors including your diet. Kindly share kidney function test, calcium, repeat phosphate, vitamin d level, LDH levels for further comment and advise.
