High P-LCR LOW OR NORMAL MVC

Hi.. I went to the hospital due to weakness in both hand and pain in right arm. Dr suggested some blood test CBP, Magnesium calcum etc.. All come normal but in my blood CBP all range are normal except P-LCR 42.8% MVC 77.3 What that means?
