Hello. High myopia people are likely to have some weak points in retina which can lead to retinal detachment in few cases. So it’s important that you need to have regular eye checkup with dilated retina examination by a retina specialist. Good luck Dr. Neeraj Sanduja

High myopia is associated with weak spots in the retina which when detected can be lasered and sealed. Since you're getting your retina checked regularly, it's the best that you can do.
Next Steps
Yearly retina checkup by a Retina specialist.

High myopia you are having It's good that your refraction is stable now since few years Can safely go with LASIK OR SMILE if your corneal thickness and retina is normal Or can choose refractive lens exchange also depending on corneal topography and dry eye assessment We need to rule out peripheral retinal degeneration and breaks......so regular indirect ophthalmoscopy is needed
