High myopia

I have high myopia having - 19 - 14 in both eyes. i do not able to do computer more than 1 hour. i want to be a computer engineer. but i am worried about my future. also i am not able for any surgery according to my doctor. so please give me a complete guidance

use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily and follow 20..20..formula ie close your eyes for 20 seconds after every w0 minutes. keep  proper distance from screen ie about 20 inches.  and don't face towards A.C..
