I have high myopia -7 and constantly decreasing and I see floater dots in my vision anyone suggest me immediately what should I do plzz Do I need surgery or not

your number will increase upto the age of 20 yrs .floaters  are usually physiological ,so omit them .and after the age of 20 yrs  if your number becomes stable then  you can get lasik done.not now.
