High lft in pregnancy

I am 35 week 3 days pregnant.I am attaching my LFT report. My doctor has planned c section on 2nd may. My Alp is high.I am consuming Udiliv 300 thrice a day. It's only 13 days left for my delivery. Do I need to worry? What precautions should I take??

You don't need this medicine You have been wrongly advised Alkaline phosphatase can be raised in pregnancy and does not require any treatment since OT Pt values are normal Also you do not need to deliver at 37 weeks you should wait for spontaneous onset of pains
