Dear dr i have high ige level 2500 with severe asthma taking montewok lc and asthalin 2 mg daily kindly sugges medicine to reduce the ige level

Ige is very high . You need adequate inhalers . If not treated properly , your condition will aggravate and things start becoming chronic and permanent . Asthma requires a combination of meds . Kindly consider for a personal consult for detailed explanation regarding mechanism of asthma and how it can be controlled

do not take asthalin tablets,its harmful..consult a Pulmonologist for proper evaluation and management..you need to get some tests for asthma evaluation like Pulmonary function test..and you definitely need inhalers.. take care!
