High level after ATT medicine

I am a female and my age is 29. Currently, I am going through a ATT course (taking AKT4 since 1 month) and had my regular body check up done from thyrocare lab. I had following high or low levels found in the blood report. I am really worried. Please help.. Please tell if these level are ok or need to be treated. SGPT = 36.58 Alkaline phospate = 108 (normal is 42 - 98) TSH = 7.01 (normal is .3 - 5.5) Uric acid = 8.09 (normal is 3.2 - 6.1) Basophils absolute count =. 01
