I did a routine blood checkup and I have 540 U/L count for LACTATE DEHYDROGENASE. What it means? And what next need to be done?

Check your Hb .. If low could be vit B12 def.. Needs correction. Besides this there are far many causes needs clinical correlation

generally it's an inflammatory marker, there are so many causes for for elevated LDH. Detail clinical history and other clinical reports needs to be seen  for any kind comment on ur condition

also it can be falsely elevated. repeat ur test at a good NABH approved laboratory..
