High IgE level

Hi, My IgE level is more than 3200. I got very bad itching all over my body in summer season. I have already taken allegra 180mg but no relief. Suffering from this from around 3 -4 years now. Which doctor should I consult? Is it curable? Please help .

Then Get Allergy Tests done for various allergens from a good Lab. And then take consult from Allergy Specialist or Pulmonologist.
