Hello, My mother is having a high pulse rate ranging from 110 to 125 at rest position. She is a patient of high bp, diabetes and thyroid and is taking telmah, glisen and thyronorm respectively. Her ECG is attached. Please let us know if her ECG is fine? Any other suggestion is appreciated. Thank you

Her ECG shows RBBB. There are many reasons for high resting heart rate like fever, anemia, infection, dehydration, hyperthyroidism, anxiety, heart failure, hypoxia, hypoglycemia etc. Need to know her details for knowing exact cause .
