Noticed blood in urine and was told of a tumour in the bladder. Was operated on 2nd July 2018 for removal of tumour. The biopsy report on 7th July suggests that it's a high grade invasive urothelial carcinoma invading into lamina propria. PET Scan report on 9th July had the impression that urinary bladder shows metabolicaly active ill-defined wall

My father was diagnosed with two cyst in bladder as he was having bleeding while urinating. He had TURBT last week. (He had same problem last year and had TURBT at that time also.) In biopsy report it says papillary urothelial carcinoma low grade attaching same. Do we need to go for chemotherapy or just medication through bladder. Please suggest.
