High frequency of black moles growing

I am facing this issue as they are not anymore birth mark kind of things, these black moles are keep growing all over my body and face. Initially, they look small just like a spot in the skin but after sometime they emerged and their size start increase. Also, hairs also grow. How can I remove them and stop there growth?
