She is running a high fever ( 103 Degrees) had taken olfi pod tablet 200 Mg and Sinarest tablet at night after dinner but the temperature has not reduced.Can Calpol 500 be prescribed to her on immediate basis?

yes she can have dolo650 3 times a day. if temp doesnt reduce please visit nearest hospital. it'll take a few days for temp to come down. make sure she drinks plenty of water and doesnt skip a meal
