High fever with cold

I've been having repeatedly high fever with cold since 2 days. I also have a dental surgery scheduled next month where my for teeth will be replaced (in simple terms.). Also experienced gum itching and teeth pain yesterday night. Took allegra 012 and almox 500 and Aceclofenac tablet through drug store. Please suggest some medicines as fever is not going away. Also I'm experiencing severe body and joint pain. I'm 25 years old male in Pune.
