High fever with chills n nausea feeling

My son Advik Wadekar,age-7.4 years, weight -23kg. He is having fever with chills, nausea feeling n sneezing from last 3 days, consulted doctor on practo n in person. Giving ibugessic plus for fever after every 5 hours and ondem with levocetrizin . Then doctor advised meftagesic ds. But now when we did blood test doctor said it's Flu. So advised fluvir along with taximo antibiotics from yesterday.Now his fever is coming after 6 hours.He is having a high fever at night and not eating much. Please advise if this treatment is correct.

If you have done investigation for Influenza and positive yes its most likely influenza infection and in that fever may last 3-5 days.

But if fever continue for more days or continue high grade fever or child is dull or not taking orally well or difficulty in breathing or convulsions then you should consult Pediatrician in person and may need hospitalisation after examination.
