It’s always better to record temperature. That will give pediatrician a clue about the cause. As adviced please get urine routine investigation done. It’s better to visit pediatrician and let him decide because physical examination gives clues about fever.

Get her Urine Rm from good lab,, Syp p250 3 ml 6 hourly x 3 days,, Syp Cefolac 100 3.5ml twice perday x 7 days

Most fevers in children are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely. If not accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or breathlessness or dullness or refusal to feed,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat after every 4 hours if required. You have not mentioned the duration of fever. Widal test will not come positive before 7 days of fever.
