High fever
My son having fever 101-103 for almost three days. No other symptoms, just fever ( hand feet become cold when fever begins to rise) paracetamol being given but not much improvement. Which homeo medicine can be given to reduce fever

Possibility of exposure, sunstroke, viral infection cannot be overruled in case of your son.
