My 7yr old son(40kg) weight is suffering from fever from last two days.. I have given him calpol 500 mg tablet at 9.30 pm and at 10.30 his temperature rose to 100.4f . Can i give him mef 100 suspesion after two hours of taking calpol tablet? Is it safe ?
