  4. High fever. Is same. please suggest?

I have a son. His age is around 1.5 years. Within last two days he is suffering from high fever and vomiting . I already consult with the chemist and give him a dise of paracetamol syrup 4 - 5 times. But nothing happens still the condition is same. Please suggest
