Your recurring fever, headache, and fatigue could indicate a viral illness, dengue, malaria, typhoid, or another systemic infection. To manage it, monitor your temperature, stay hydrated, and take paracetamol (500-650 mg every 6-8 hours, max 4g/day). Avoid self-medicating with antibiotics. Get a CBC, Dengue NS1, Malaria Test, and Typhoid Test for diagnosis. Consult a doctor for evaluation, especially since the fever persists. Seek urgent care if fever exceeds 102°F, or if you develop severe headache, vomiting, confusion, rash, or unusual symptoms. Early testing and medical advice are key to identifying the cause and ensuring proper treatment.
