High fever from last night ranging between 100-102. Given ibugesic plus 2.5ml 3 times but still no improvement. He is not moving out of bed. And sleeping most of the times.

The dose of Ibugesic plus is at least 5 to 6 ml thrice daily, Also, if still lethargy persists, show a doctor,
