My brother rishav patwa has high fever above 102 F since yesterday. He was continuously vomiting yesterday and has loose motion even today. We gave him p650 opex today metrogyl400 and electral powder. Fever slightly came down but again temperature has increased. He also has severe headache and weakness. He is not able to eat anything. as it is Sunday today we are not getting any doctors available. Please help and advise for early recovery.
