My brother 27 years old has high fever since morning today with chills, sore throat and joint pain. He is feeling weakness and general tiredness. How soon should i consult a doctor

Hello there. I can understand your concern. As of now you can take a tab. Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day after food for 3 days. Drink plenty of fluids.
