Hih eosinophilss ,high ig e(1900), and breathing issues , pft reports normal as per doctors , other all reports normal, what should be done anti allergic tablets used but no relief

Can be Eosinophilic lung disease . Cause needs to be identified Needs evaluation further for proper treatment Need to do a chest X-ray and consult for the same
