You need to work on your diet and the exercise.
As far as diet is concerned, kindly avoid oily and deep fried food items, bakery, food items, and sweets. If you are a non-vegetarian, kindly avoid red meat.
As far as exercise is concerned, you should get an hour of exercise every day. You can divide this one hour into two sessions of 30 minutes each. For the first 30 minutes, You can do aerobic exercises and for the next 30 minutes you can do resistance training exercises
