Hdl is 75 Ldl is 170 Triglycerides -157 Total cholesterol is 277 Everyday am walking for 30 minutes why did my cholesterol level increased this much Previous test result was Hdl 41 Ldl 195 Triglycerides 100 Total cholesterol 258
