Is it necessary to take high bp medicine. Does one get an addiction? Aa my bp rt now is 131/95. What should I do?

Are you already on medicines? Is this BP reading with medicines or without medicine ? If it is without medicines then you just need lifestyle changes. If it is with medicines then you have to continue same medicines. BP medicines are not addictive
