  4. High Bp reading. Medicine on normal bp?

My bother BP suddenly high 160/101 ...before 2 month ...he measured 2-3 time this week ...every time show 140-160/90-100 ...local doctor prescribed CTD 6.25 mg ...after taking 2 days his BP come  down 130/80 ...bt he continued for 15 days ...now he take CTD 6.25 mg  2 tablets weekly..(Monday & Thursday) ...& BP reading show everytime normal 120/80 or 130/80... can he stop medicine ? Or if continued weekly 2 tablet or daily basic ...it is harmful taking medicine on normal BP?
