Renal artery , cortisol serum test every test are done and reporta are normal  but suddenly there is very high rise of blood pressure neither i smoke nor i drink Have cervical spondolysis

More than 90% BP are essential Hypertension I.e where cause is unknown but may require life long treatment. Pheochromocytoma must be excluded.
