My age is 42 and I have a blood sugar level of 164. I feel like my feet are burning and I am having a lot of weakness. Pls suggest some solution for it.

Burning feet and weakness is due to Diabetes. Check daily blood sugar and start medicine for Diabetes. Avoid Sugar intake in diet.
