When my husband did some physical activity, his bp and heart beat suddenly goes up and in stomach some burning sensation occur

Ecg to rule out cardiac problem. Mucain gel 10ml without water nothing by mouth till 30min can be taken 3to 4times for stomach burn. Bp to monitor
