Currently she is taking glipizide 2.5mg, teneligliptin 20mg(diabetes), nexito 20mg, mirtaz 7.5mg(depression), Thyroxine(thyroid). Which tablet can be given to her for high blood pressure as there are no doctors available due to covid-19. Please help. Thanks.

Hi, actually we need to check her renal function before prescribing anti hypertensives. But with the given history you can start stamlo 2.5mg tablet once a day after breakfast. Monitor her pressure and heart rate daily 2hrs after tablet and review again. Ecg also needed. Kindly take virtual consultation for more details. Thankyou.
