High blood pressure problem

My mother recently been having high bp with the upper scale going to 145-150 and lower one around 78-80 for 5 days. She feels heaviness in her head as well. She has been prescribed Amlong 2.5 and has been taking it once a day for few years. Kindly suggest.

Do her BP charting in the morning n evening for atleast 3 days N see if her headache goes away Then we can decide what to do next
