Hi , I have a High BP problem since 2010 when I was 22 , now I am 29 year old , My height is 5'11 and weight is 95 to 97. I was never on medication for high BP. But the problem is still there. I thought it was due to my weight and I lost weight in between 2012 to 2013 and I was little better also at that time . But I again gain weight in 2014 and now my weight is 95. Can you suggest me what should I do.
